Report a SOMI crime or incident

The safety and security of our campus community is a top priority. As such, we encourage reporting by anyone with knowledge of a crime, incident, or concerning behavior related to the institution or affiliated parties. When submitting, please include as much detail as possible (e.g., who, what, when, where, exact language used). 

Anonymous submissions are accepted.

What to expect after you submit

  • Reports are routed to the appropriate campus officials and may be referred to Administration, Student Affairs, Human Resources, or other offices for investigation, intervention, and/or follow up.
  • You may be contacted by campus officials for additional information, if applicable.
  • If you choose to report anonymously, the institution may be limited in its ability to follow up or take action.
  • To comply with confidentiality requirements and applicable laws, the institution may not be able to share details or outcomes of incident reports with the reporting party or others.
  • Information from reports may be used to meet required campus safety reporting obligations, including Clery Act crime statistics, timely warnings or emergency notifications without personally identifying information to the extent permitted by law.

Sexual Misconduct Reporting
